Food Aid
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we provided food aid for families in Namabasa who were particularly vulnerable to malnutrition and starvation because of a poor harvest or the general rise in food prices in Uganda. In particular, we supported older people who were responsible for young children (usually orphans who had been taken on by their grandparents).
In the future, in the event of an emergency situation, we may consider providing support to especially vulnerable people in Namabasa.
